What are the side effects of a pinched nerve??!
Question: I dont know if I have one in my back but alot of things are starting to get effected I have seen my doctor pleanty of times and still no answer..................

I can relate.... I have a pinched nerve possibly, and it is causing numbness in 3 fingers on each hand. I am on muscle relaxants, Darvocet, and possible one other med. I see a chiropractor, and trying to get into see someone for massage therapy when I can... that part is the expensive part because the massages are not covered by my insurance. I don't know what else to say... but I know what you are talking about.... the pain is incredible. Do what you can, to get as comfortable as possible....
one other thing is to sleep on your side, and put a pillow between your knees.... not sure why, but I think it helps with the hips staying in line maybe? I odn't know.. just something I have been doing and it helps some....

See a Physiatrist, Orthopedist (surgeon), or an Osteopath.
Don't see a chiropractor, especially on a "regular basis"
