Can anyone recommend or not recommend colonic cleansing. Are they worth the time & money ?!
Question: If you are willing to change your diet and keep it up it's worthwhile. I have gone in for
colon therapy about 20 years ago. I have gone several times since, but recently I have had an "incomplete" colonoscopy due to colon narrowing. My gastro-enterologist agreed that colon therapy sounded like a good idea before I try the colonoscopy again. They are worth the time. I don't know what you're being charged. The person I go to has done this over 25 years and charges $40 per session.

Get a "colonic" only if you are scheduled for surgery and the surgeon recommends one. Otherwise they are a waste of time and money.
I've heard that aggressive colonic cleansing can force feces through the mouth, so bring a toothbrush.

Sudhakar B is hilarious. I look forward to seeing more of his postings. Incidentally, I have never participated in the "Politics" forum or anything like it.
I have had several. Didn't see much result.
