Question: Are there any natural ways to increase energy ? I have sleep apnea and although I do have a cpap machine I still do not get alot of sleep. I would like to increase my energy thru the day with a natural product. My doctor wants to put me on providgil but I want to try the natural way before resorting to this. Any Ideas?

The thing that increases our cellular energy level is nutrition. Be sure you are eating good whole healthy foods. Try to forego packaged foods with preservatives and hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils in them.

Your body needs live enzymes so be sure you're eating something raw in the fruit and vegetable department. Drinking freshly juiced fruits and vegetables will bump up your energy enormously.

Your body also needs exercise so make sure it gets it's share of that also.

Many herbs are chock full of nutrition. If you look at the nutritional profile of an herb you will see vitamins, minerals, fats (healthy ones), carbohydrates, proteins and fiber. So if you are taking just about any herb you are feeding your body some good nutritional substance. Do your homework and watch out for the more medicinal herbs. You don't really want to take those. Ephedra, Kava kava, etc. Most other herbs are safe. Do some research. There is a lot of information on the internet. The website listed below has information with every herbal combination they sell about things the herb is good for and what you don't want to use it with, etc. Look for combinations of herbs. If you absolutely have to have one that you want to get started with I have had good results myself from Una de Gato - (Cat's Claw).

If you haven't taken herbs before you may experience flatulence initially. This is because herbs are also highly cleansing of the body as well as toning. Don't worry it doesn't go on forever. Good luck and good health to you.

I have the same exact problem. I drink JavaFit. Good Stuff.
This is where I get it.

There are a lot of natural supplements that provide energy that most people don't have side effects from. There's ATP (the source of cellular energy in the body), CoQ10 (which is used to produce ATP), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that converts fat into energy), Royal Jelly, B-vitamins, GABA, NADH (boosts brain transmitters dopamine and norepinephrine so it helps to fight fatigue), Ginseng, Eleuthero Root, and Guarana.

Boy, that's a lot when I write them all out. LOL! Those are the most popular items that our customers purchase for energy, so pretty much any of those should be a good boost of energy... however, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you might not get as much energy on some of the items as someone else, and you might get more energy than other people might from some items.

Hey there, your ? is kinda like what im going thru and not getting any sleep really sucks. What I'm trying now is Melatone not sure if thats what it is called but its starting to help me and Ive tried everything, anyhow try it I really hope it helps ya out.And after that maybe your natural energy will kick back in?
