How do I compare mcg and grams for dosage of supplemental capsules?!


Question: 1 gram=1 million mcg.

Answers: 1 gram=1 million mcg.

some vitamins are measured in mcg because much less of it is need than those appearing in mg on the label.
B12 amount is measured in mcg
C in mg as examples.
don't compare different substances by mg ie; one stronger than the other because of mg..apples and oranges comparison.....like comparing 10mcg dynamite to 1000mcg water.
