Digestive Enzyme Supplement?!
Question: I don't know about these supplements. I have fatigue and digestive issues. Someone suggested I try a digestive enzyme supplement. Does anyone know what these are?
I already take a good multi-vitamin and probiotics.

There are enzymes which stimulate your digestive system. This way food is digested properly and you do not get acidity also. There are tablets called unienzyms manufactured by uni-chem . I take them and they are effective for me.
I take them as well...I have all kinds of digestive issues due to a chronic disease but the enzymes help me digest food especially protein. My doctor gave me some. Before I had heartburn and reflux every night but the enzymes have helped me tremendously.. i take therazyme dgst in powder form(i cant swallow pills but it also comes in pill form) mixed with a bit of juice 30 min before a meal and im set =)
oh and i also take a multi vit and probiotics and the enzyme doesnt interfere.
Probiotic is very good, beside that I drink organic apple cider vinegar mixed with water after a heavy meal Its inexpensive and it works. I have laxative tea 3-4 times a week, and cleanse my liver once a year, and I feel good.

Eat yogurt every day. That's what I do for my stomach issues. It works and it's easy.
Liquid chlorophyll is very good for the digestive system and also barley grass, wheat grass and alfalfa as they are all rich in enzymes and amino acids. You can get them all at Health Stores as health supplements.
Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain in the core which is also very good for the digestive system.
