Are you taking a high potency multivitamin? If not I would suggest doing so... more often than not this will fix the problem do to deficiencies. Also by taking a multi you are getting a formula that is meant to work together instead of picking and choosing individual vitamins at random dosages. If you still want more after trying multi I would suggest a hair, skin and nail formula that contains amino acids which are the building blocks of protein which you need to build and repair tissue. It seems like you have a good idea what you are doing...everything you are taking makes sense, but I would try to use formulas and multivitamins and then you can take less pills as well. Also try biotin shampoo and conditioner.

cod liver fish oil....... sounds disgusting but it is wonderful for nails..skin and hair and its really good tasting..i ts sweet the one that i have is vanilla flavored..

The omega's will help from the inside out. The VIT E you're taking is the most beneficial for the skin. Try extracting the oil from the soft gel tablet by poking the capsule with a thumb tack and apply the oil directly to trouble areas. NOT INTENDED FOR EYES, LIPS or OPEN SORES.

The Hair Skin and nail Vitamin is available from Nitrol. That is what I Use

Everything you are taking is fine.

Perhaps you also take Vitamin A and zinc every day. They are both good for your skin and hair.
