Buy some worm killer or worm poison, the poison doesnt kill them, it just gives of a scent that they wont like and will 'shoo' them away.
You just burn them. Because cutting them would multiply them and make them more.

Black Walnut hulls and Pumpkin seeds are popular parasite killers in the natural healing arena. For worms you would typically take these products for ten days, then go off them for 10 days, then take them for another ten days. There are several anti-parasite meds available from your doctor. If you don't want to go that route, Chinese Herbal Medicine has several remedies as well, so you might consult someone with experience there.

the sharp edges of that powder (don't inhale) would penetrate worms but not hurt you, or your dog..
I knew someone, who would regularly put some of this stuff into the pancakes, to de-worm his family...
