Answers: suffering from cold hands, feet and legs...

why take drugs when you can take nutriants. drugs have negative side effects , nutriants have positive side effects to the original thing you wanted to improve.

Niacin is a B vitamin which helps circulation. thats one of the best nutriants for it. all B vitamins help the nerves, so that helps circulation to have the nerves working well. so as well as niacin a B complex would be helpfull.

Vitamin E helps circulation, together with essetal fatty acids from flax oil, you know omega 3 and 6. also with that lecithin capsules help. those three work best together. Vitamin E , lecithin and flax oil.

then there is garlic but raw garlic is best.

then the easyest is water. water helps thin the blood. drink 8 or more glasses a day. you hear that a lot but how many people do that, hardly any i think. but it scientificaly thins the blood and makes it circulate better.

then exercise is extremly important. it can improve circulation so much.

yep, go to hammer.com

i believe that's what aspirin does...it opens up your blood vessels...

any blood thinning medication should improve circulation

yucca (not yuca) this is a pill or extract you can get from the natural grocer. this is an anti-inflammatory supplement. very safe and good to have on had for all pains and digestive problems.

Blood thinners such as fish oil and garlic should help.

Perhaps a web search for "blood thinners" might be useful.

Cold hands and feet can be due to various conditions that cause the poor circulation.
