I AGREE TOTALLY!!! you can't kill yourself from smoking too much weed - you can kill yourself from drinking too much alcohol...alcohol corrodes the liver and kidneys, as well as the stomach...weed may hurt the lungs but the intake is a lot less...it hasn't been proved to cause cancer either...however, both kills brain cells...Weed just makes some people lazy...but friendly :) Alcohol makes people belligerent, angry and violent

Absolutely. Anyone who would equate the two has no idea of the destructive effects alcohol has on everything in your life. I have a friend who used to drink even more than I and uses weed now - some people just NEED to use something - and his life has turned a 180. I have no idea why weed isn't legal for this reason alone.
No, only teenagers can be arrested for drinking alcohol. (off road, of course) But, anybody can be arrested for smoking pot.

I think one of the major problems with marijuana is it leads to harder drugs. It also causes you to lose brain cells. Ever seen the commercial This is your brain This is your brain on marijuana(an egg frying on hot cement)

I completely agree! That's why I never understood why weed is illegal and alcohol isn't...It really makes no sense actually. I mean...how can you make a plant illegal? ITS A PLANT!! It makes no sense!
