for constipation you can drink a lot of water daily also take a stool softener daily there is a lot of over the counter one's also you can take Xlax . some people just drink or milk also when you frist get up in the morning drink a cup of luke warm water before you eat anything.

prune juice, apple juice, lots and lots of water, exercise/go for a walk, eating foods/cereals high in fiber, take some fibersure or metamucil. eat some prunes applesauce. hope this helps~good luck

Taco Bell food always works for me but you might try prune juice or apple juice and a lot of water. Fiber cereal works but a little slower.

A pinch of a popular herbal leaves with a teaspoon of Honey after dinner helps relieve the bowel movement restoring to normal functions. One should slowly resume back to stop using upon normal bowel movements otherwise results into intestines getting habituated or say addicted to the smooth bowel movements.

Blue Vervain Whole Plant....72 mg
Gentian Root.........................72 mg
Goldenseal Root...................30mg

Senna leaf is a natural and gentle laxative. You can buy it at the health food store and steep some and drink it like tea.

Also make sure you're eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies and drinking lots of water.

Why don't you try a good old fashioned enema. One or two qts. and you will feel like a million $.

Drink a warm glass of water befor breakfast & avoid drinking very cold water during all day &chocolate.Eat more vegitables & fruits .
