Question: anyone who uses this drug, does it work? iv taken it multiple times before, but it seems that it does nothing for me. do i need a higher dosage? or a change of medicine?

I took my friends 20 mg a bunch of times and it was awesome for getting stuff done. The negative effects however are pretty crappy (no sleep, anxiety, teeth grinding). I also don't have ADD so I was basically abusing it.
Yes adderall does work and it is also very addicting since it helps you so much in school to focus. You must be very careful with this. I had to take the 30 Mg and i was never able to sleep at night or eat. So ask your dr maybe for 20
