Which is the best vitamin/mineral supplement or herb extract for improving the condition of the hair?!

Question: Since the subject within your question hasn't been addressed, I'll answer that.
Rosemary is a good antioxidant, so it helps for basically everything in your body (including the skin and eyes), plus it can help to promote a more positive mood.
Silica is a mineral that is very good for many things within the body including the hair, skin, nails, and bones.
Royal Jelly is good for energy, immune system, and helps with general overall good health.

The most common and popular natural ingredients for helping hair health would be Silica, Biotin, Foti, and MSM. However, the important thing to remember is that none of these will help the hair that's already grown.... that hair is literally dead and only external things (cleansing shampoos, for example) will help the appearance or strength of your hair that's already grown.
When you take any of those hair health products, they will make the hair that is being grown stronger and healthier, and most customers notice a difference between the healthier hair and the hair that grew before they took the products. In any case, I wish you good luck!

rosemary is more for skin. i dont know about the other two, but i know that vitamin B is good for it. also fructose and glucose (sugar, i believe =])

but i do know for a fact that eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and proteins (ESPECIALLY PROTEINS) are fantastic.

I don't know about those that you've listed but Kelp tablets are fantastic for your hair! My hair was falling out after the birth of my girls and it really improved it :)

Plenty of protein in your diet helps too.

Sea Kelp tablets are very good, they help with the condition of your hair and also promote hair growth.
They taste disgusting though!

I use Biosil. Biotin and Silica are very beneficial as well.

Try silica and sea kelp. You can get it from health food stores. Also, you really need to take a high dose vitamin B suplement. A diet high in protein will also help.
