I have always heard that eating Raisins would help your Immune System and hence a Healer. I am Native American and my Mother use to give us Fresh Grapes and Raisins to eat alot "to keep our body healthy" She said. We also would cut ourselves from going Barefoot alot and Salt was applied to the wound. An Onion was placed on the bottom of our Feet for a Fever. It would draw the Heat into it and hence Our fever passed. Alot of these are Old Wise Tales, yet I still use them in my everyday Life..

salt

put salt on it

I doubt it i mean i dont think that you can eat something and your wound willl heal but thats just wot i think... i'm not trained as a wound curer.

Generally, fresh fruit and veg will boost your immunity and thus the healing process

Anything packed with vitamins C & E. If you eat whole foods and fresh fruit and veg (preferably uncooked) you can't go too far wrong.

Well....pineapple is considered to be a natural antibiotic...so eating this might be of some help.

of course none...but it will be mind over matter..and take medicine...just think that it never hurts and it will be..promise..ill try that already hehe...

honey

This has not been proven by me or anyone that I know but I have read that putting Honey directly onto the wound can help to heal it faster. I assume that you apply it to a lint and fasten it to the wound with plaster etc. The best way to fast healing of wounds is a good diet, rich in vitamins found in fresh foods. Junk food will hold back the healing process as the body utilises more of it's resources in dealing with the products in junk food. ie Fats, starch, sugar etc

Honey applied directly to a wound has been successfully tried in hospitals. Put a dressing over it (obviously!).

Janet's right, HONEY!!

how about no

boil milk with half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Heals wounds and broken bones fast.

Honey will only work if it's raw..The store bought stuff is too cooked..Killed all the good stuff...

Anything with vit e and c...
