i would go & visit your gp with your ear dont mess about putting in drops unless your gp says so
your polyps you should aso see your gp i had them on my voice bocks & had to have them removed hope this helps

put some drops of olive oil or almond oil. it for nasal drops boil some water and put salt in it to make tear taste . put few drops in nose. its very good remedies.
