Nettles herb for Adrenals?!

Has anyone here taken Nettles herbs for fatigue and overworked Adrenals before? I've heard/read that it's beneficial in aiding the Adrenals and getting them back to a healthy state.

I have heard nettles are good as a blood cleanser and tonic, and anything that benefits overall health will likely make a difference to fatigue and Adrenals too. And I know an old lady who swears nettles make a difference to arthritis.
