Flax seed oil can be very beneficial for some users but it can cause inflammation due to the Omega 3-6-9 in it being out of balance. Dr. Udo Erasmus the "oil guru" has a perfected oil blend put out by Flora. The Flora product works much better. If there is still some inflammation I would use Fish Oil (Nordic Naturals is about the Best!) and if that's not enough add some bromelain. If it's a gout inflammation use Black cherry fruit and some bromelain. Restrict salt and drink plenty of water with some fresh lemon anytime there is inflammation.
