Question: Occasionally.

Answers: Occasionally.

Yes has many as I can

Never...and I hope I will never be...

no

i have tried every sleeping pill on the market, both prescription and OTC. none work, for me at least. then my nutrionist gave me Pineal drops and pills and they are slowly working.

I take Melatonin and Herbs to help me go to sleep on occasion.

No, I do not take sleeping pills. I have found through extensive research that if you are having difficulty sleeping, there is usual an underlying cause. The usual factors are stress, consuming caffeine, and nicotine just to name a few. I have found that if you can find out the cause, you will find a way to aid in you sleeping better. The sleeping pills are only a band aid and they do not help to correct the underlying cause of why you are not sleeping. I prefer to take a calcium supplement prior to going to sleep. I find that I sleep great after I do this. You might also consider taking a warm bath before going to bed.

ive taken pain meds to help me sleep. the only ones I have taken are benedryl, nyquil and tylenole pm. I probaby should not take then since I only take them to hellp me sleep most of the time. But they help and are not addictive~ at least not for me and I always take HALF the dosage it recomends

Yes, every night. I find the Advil PMs' work very well.
