    i think lunesta is good, some side affects but it does the trick!

    Late night intimate relations with the wife...at least as I remember said relations.

    I don't really sleep well anymore.

    I use sleeping pills regularly. I work a 3rd shift job. I have tried Advil PM. Seems to help with any pain I'm having. But takes at least 3 to feel any effect of sleepiness. Tylenol PM seems to work better. But if you decide to stop taking them it's like you feel withdrawal from them. Light headed. I found Sleepinal for me to work the best. I take 2 and with in a 1/2 I feel sleepy. CVS pharmacy sells them. These are all over the counter sleep aids obviously. I have also tried taking natural sleep aids. None that I have tried helped. One was called Sleep MD.

    Valerian. and maybe start drinking some herbal tea. Talk to a health proffesional they may prescribe you sleeping pills. Meditation or yoga or tai chi. Best way I find to put me to sleep is to put all the stress of that day in the past where it should be put and destress in a hot bath or shower and teach yourself to relax through repetition Breathing plays a bit part in this also. In through the nose as far as you can, and out through the mouth as far as you can til you feel yourself relax. Good luck and God bless

    Try Sleepy time tea or Sandman tea, they're both the same they just have different names. Melatonin pills from the store can help to. They are the same chemical the brain releases to put you to sleep.
    The Tylenol P.M.'s and aleve Pm's all have the same ingredient that makes benedryl (dyphenhydramine). It can be very drying to the mouth and cause insomnia and hallucinations over a long period of time. They loose their affect. I know, been there , done that.

    Well to me it what works fine is SLEEPYTIME, it's a mixture of herbs that will relax you enough to fall asleep and no worrys about getting addicted or side effects. ALSo there's sex

    You must get Valerian Root. It's avaiable anywhere...health foods unlimited,meijers,walmart, anywhere vitamins are sold. You have to take three before you go to bed and they will have you out in no time. They also smell really bad so be prepared for that. Hope they help you!
