I had Menudo one time in Nuevo Laredo. This was after a particularly long and high energy night of binging with Jose Cuervo. After observing the sunrise, I could sense the developoment of a potentially horrendous and brain splitting hangover.
We walked to a small resteraunt serving Menudo. Tiny piieces of cooked Cow stomach in a greasy broth accompanied by a variety of condiments.
A large bowl accompanied by coffee was enough to get us back to San Antonio.

Actually is called MENUDO, which is a spicy dark red looking Mexican soup made of chiles, tripe, calf's feet, seasonings, & hominy.
It is highly considered a hangover cure. Trusty me it works!
Alcohol is a diuretic. To prevent hangovers drink a lot of water before and during the time you are drinking. Hangovers are a result of dehydration after consuming too much alcohol and not replenishing the water.
