Herbal tea - how long is it good for?!
Question: I am taking chasteberry, raspberry leaf, and patrdigeberry leaf teas. I am supposed to drink several cups a day, but don't have the time to boil water and let it steep for each cup. Can I make a large batch of it in the mornings and drink it throughout the day, say half a gallon?

You can make as big of a batch as you want, but just make sure you make a new one each day. Don't keep a batch for more than 24 hours.
