Would Yoga help those who ask questions on YA... the ones in desperate situations?!

Question: I see so many people asking about eating disorders and wanting to injure themselves. Would Yoga work for them?

it seems to me that it would, but I want to ask you all first... before I start recommending it to people in these desperate situations.

Yoga is a kind of exercises. Physical and breathing ones. Even modern medical science recommends now exercises. In our life style where we have little physical activity such exercises has become essential.
