How to improve your blood if you have neutropaenia? special diet?!
Question: Most importantly you need to follow a standard neutropenic diet and avoid bacterial risk as much as possible (1). But just as important is avoiding all processed foods and sugar. As far as possible buy food as close to nature as it is supposed to be (only make sure it is cooked well). Any sugar depresses immune function. Supplements like zinc, selenium, vitamin D, a general natural multivitamin and 2-3g vitamin C will also boost immune function.

If youre neutropenic you should be under the care of a doc, probably an oncologist. You should be on a neutrpoenic diet which means you CANNOT eat any fresh fruits or veggies, nuts, honey, anything unpasturized, fish, and all food should be cooked throughly. But that is to prevent infection.
Basically the only way to raise your neutrophil count is to take neupogin or neulasta shots. Or wait for your blood counts to recover from your treatment.
You should really be speaking to your doctor about this. I know that probably isnt the all natural remedy you wanted to hear, but in cancer treatment, which is what i suspect is going on, nothing is natural.
