Why is Iron never included in multivitamin supplements?!


Question: Iron is far to dangerous for anybody to get tooo much. I would never take any supplement with Iron and if I needed one it would be from a plant source. Iron is a heavy metal and Iron imbalance can be fatal. Three things have to be present for cancer to take root and grow: Low oxygen levels in the bloodstream, High Iron and an acidic environment.

They are included in select multivitamins. The reason why they are not common in multivitamins because of high risk of fatal iron overdose in young children.

Because the majority of the population does not need added iron and being high in iron is more dangerous than being slightly low in iron.

Women, during their reproductive years often need iron but men, youth and often older women usually don't need added iron so adding it to daily supplements would be dangerous.
