if the lab is looking for something specific, they will find it. you'd be amazed at what kind of tests there are and what they can find.
if there is no reason to be looking for the coricidin specifically, then there probably is nothing to worry about. the more drugs they look for, the more expensive the test is, so most agencies won't shell out that kind of money unless absolutely necessary.
for example, a standard drug test for a job only looks for opiates, marijuana, and sometimes cocaine and such. (even that costs more though.)
Why does it matter? It is not illegeal and does not show up as anything illegal.
