Love your neti pot?!
Question: I have been using a neti pot for over 2 months and wish my mother taught me this as a child. I find it amazing. Why is this not mainstream knowledge?

I also have a neti pot and find it very helpful in irrigating my sinuses. I learned about the neti pot on my own without my parents. I believe many people would find it strange to pour saline water into their nostrils, but God, does it feel good. These people are probably afraid to do such a thing. Neti pots are sold everywhere, even at Walgreens. More people should experiment with the neti pot and they would understand how glorious it is! I am glad we share this love for the neti!
you know what? I forgot I had one. I'm going to start using it. I heard it's AMAZING. A woman told me she use to have sinus infections 3-4 times a year, not anymore. That's why I bought one, now I have to go find it. THANKS
It used to be mainstream knowledge until America went all drug crazy in the past 15 years. I still recommend it to patients from time to time.
