It can't make you high.....900 mg is the recommended dosage....anymore can lead to Constipation, Restlessness, Dizziness, Fatigue, A rash, and Photosensitivity.

I take St. John's Wort three times a day. However, like anything else, it is an herb (that for me works as an antidepressant) and thus has drug properties and is very dangerous to take in higher quantities than 900mg. a day.
