Most places take urine and blood in order to determine whether someone is using or not. Alcohol usually clears withint 12-24 hours after your last drink. If you are young, you need to stop doing this so they won't be after you for any drug tests. The choice is up to you.
Alchohol will show up in a test yes, but if you are of legal drinking age, it isn't an issue. They're looking for illegal drug users, so they'll probably have you piss in a cup and leave. Whether they'll watch you or not i cant really confirm but they'll probably just make you go in the bathroom and turn off all the water before you do. (druggies like to alter their piss with stuff in the bathroom) so yeah, its no big deal, you'll be good

You will just have to give a urine sample, and the alcohol wont show up that you had a couple days ago, so don't worry.
