What multi-vitamin do you take?!

I'm sure there are some here that take a multi-vitamin. Do you? And who recommended it to you? Have you noticed a difference in your over-all well being after taking them? Thanks.

I and my children take a hydroponically grown plant vitamin/mineral product that is standardized and 100 percent food. Its eating the whole leaf.

Vitamin/minerals are bound by phytochemicals of the plant in order for your cells to make sense out of it for the autonomic nervous system.

If god made it eat it; if man made it read it.

Your cells can't make sense out of rocks.

And wait a minute!!! Kalos admits that he takes vitamin/minerals when eating a 3 day junk food binge??? That's huge!

My husband and I both take plant-based whole food nutrition supplements (versus synthetics). We used to take Juice Plus, but now take Nanogreens...both are very good. We chose both of those based on my own knowledge of the subject, as well as because I worked (at the time we started) with an anti-aging physician. We are both healthy as horses...practically never sick, and even then what we get is a slight case. My husband is 60 and I'm 56 and we look much younger than our actual age.

We recently started taking multis - we had given the kids with minerals in the winter for years. My husband and I are both happy with the contents and levels of Natural Factors Dr. Micheal Murray formulated brands. We take them relative to our age and gender. We are quite happy with them, and have noticed a difference. My husband's energy level has improved and I'm feeling much less foggy these days. We've also started supplementing with enzymes and probiotics

My entire family takes a phyto-based (plant based) multivitamin (as well as a number of other nutritional, phyto, supplements. I recommend it to everyone for general improved health (due to the lack of nutrition density in most of our food) and would suggest everyone take something phyto-based regularly.

Overall well-being is subjective, but since I have been on the phtyo-based multivitamins combined with phtyo-based antioxidant, phtyo-seterols, and a number monosaccharides (glyconutrients) I have had significant improvement in health, energy, endurance, recovery, and aging effects (and so many more)
