Any pharmacy. But I just answered your question about the detox and now you want laxatives. Sounds like a body image disorder and rather than flushing your body of any impurities and losing quick (and very unhealthy) weight, you should just watch what you eat to begin with and exercise!

You should never take laxatives unless you are constipated... that's just not healthy.
However, generally, any drug store, pharmacy, Walmart, Target, etc, etc should have laxatives... they're pretty common to find.

Also, why would you want to lower your metabolism? A higher metabolism helps you lose weight... but there's no real way to to lower your metabolism (like if you wanted to gain weight) with a pill, although you could just not exercise over the course of several months to lower your metabolism.

If you mean to increase your metabolism (to help you lose weight), having a good diet and exercise program will help quite a bit..... but if you aren't able to diet (or already have a good diet), starting a good exercise regiment will help a lot. Good luck in any case!

Yes you do all of your other questions are about diet and losing weight. Laxatives are used as a form of weight loss for some people, particularly those who are anorexic. It doesn't reduce metabolism it makes you have bowel movements.

You want to lose weight? Fine. Diet and exercise is the only way you are going to lose weight and keep it off. 40lbs? It'll be gone by April if done right.
