Is fish oil supplement making my skin oily?!
Question: I started taking a high quality fish oil supplement about a month ago. It seems like my already oily skin has become even more oily. Would fish oil cause this? Is there anything that I can do to cut down on the oil formation? My skin on my face and body is constantly greasy!

It's possible. Fish Oil does help with skin health, and for some people, that means that their skin will produce more moisture... but for some people, that might be too much support.
If you don't like the effect, stop taking the Fish Oil and see if it clears up within a week or so. If it clears up within a week or so, it was probably just too much support for you. If that's the case, you could try a smaller dose for the other benefits from Fish Oil. Good luck!
If people knew how fish oil was made (especially cod liver oil the "natural" way), they would never put it in their mounths. Report It

If anything, I would think fish oil would make your skin scaly...
