Can a multivitamin raise a body temp 1 degree?!
Question: Theoretically, it could. In general, the vitamins and nutrients (or the food you took with it) could start thermogenesis (which is the body's action of heating itself up) within your body, which would warm you up.... or it could be the energy you're getting from the nutrients that is getting your blood flowing, which could increase your temperature a little.
It's very hard to say which one specifically it might be without running dozens of tests... but either way, a boost of energy or a bunch of food can bring your body temperature up a little temporarily.
