similar to reflexology, ZONE THERAPY is more intense and thorough in it's healing..the WHOLE body is treated with energy balance and taught to heal itself...
I have heard of "Healing Touch" . . . but I'm not clear on the details . . . it might be more massage than energy work, not sure.
Reiki is bogus
There is no such thing as "crystal healing"
There is no such thing as "magnet healing" (certainly not with kitchen magnets).
These are the ugly realities. You need to move past this stuff.
