Sometimes used by Police Hypnotherapist in Forensic Hypnosis. When dealing with victims of violent crimes.
Used in the USA.
what sort of info are you looking for. Are you looking for using it in everyday life, to help with a disease or injury or pain, etc... I know a few authors are good depends on what your cup of tea is mind you Shakti Gawan is good she isn't for everyone though but she has different exercises in one of her workbooks on how to use guided imagery to help in your life, also Wayne Dyer is good he believes a lot in that and the secret, you know that recent book that was on opera is another one that talks about visualization and manifestations. If your looking for something specific though re-edit you question I will come back after and look again.
