I've had a memory problem most of my life. I've found a few things that have helped my memory, as well as my mental cognition, not to mention all the customers that tell me how much they help their memory.

You can try Ginkgo Biloba, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Phosphatidylserine, Fish Oil, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), or Alpha-GPC. Those are the most popular products for memory and brain support that help a LOT of different people.

Aside from pills, you can always do mental exercises, too. Playing games (like the children's game "Memory") or using memory tricks (mnemonic devices, etc) can also help to work the pathways in your brain that are responsible for memory.

Self Hypnosis is the best way. You can buy a book and learn yourself or get a boost and go see a Hypnotherapist in your area.

It will improve your concentration.

Good health through exercise and nutrition plus lots of practice. Ginkgo biloba won't hurt, either.

Do NOT use white table sugar and Do NOT use chemical sweeteners or pseudo-natural sweeteners.

The point of this is NOT to sweeten the water with just any sweetener.

The point is to add a trace dose of natural sugars to both the salt and the water in order to boost your energy levels quickly.

Chemical sweeteners will never, ever achieve this.

Do not overdo the sea salt or sugar. You only need a little bit.

Then drink the lightly sea-salted and lightly (natural) sugared water, all day.

Voila! Inexpensive energy hack. Now Notice how you feel

I also recommend high doses of pure organic hot-brewed green tea which you can put in your coffee maker.

Another trick, ultradian sprints (more about what these are at the link) and a few other hyper-focus techniques that do not cost anything to utilize.
