Is Natrol Malatonin Safe for you?!
Question: Does Natrol Malatonin have any side effects? I've been taking it and it has been helping me sleep greatly, but i noticed i;ve been breaking out on my face, gettin some pimples on my forehead ever since, So my question is Does Natrol Malatonin cause your skin to breakout? Could it be related at all? Thanx!

Actually... yes. It is both safe and it may have caused your breakout.
Melatonin is a hormone, and apparently your body is sensitive enough to hormones that it caused you to break out. It doesn't happen very often or to most people (you're in that lucky 1-2%), but for those that have the reaction, it will happen for any brand of Melatonin.
In and of itself, Natrol is a good quality company.... it's just that you're having a normal reaction (not technically a side effect) that your body is responding to more than the "average person".
You could try a lower dose or any of several alternatives if that dose is too much for you. Good luck!
no it's not related. melatonin is very good for you, everyone should take it. By the way you can take much more than the recommended dose if you wanted to. about 7 or 8 capsules
