Can i buy emla cream in drug stores?!

No...EMLA (Eutectic Mixture of Local Anesthetics) is available only by prescription.
Since nobody has answered, I'll toss in my 2 cents.
I did a search on Yahoo, and I couldn't find that particular name brand listed in any major chain drug store (eg. Walmart, Target, Walgreens). However, you may have some at a store in your area... just call your local pharmacy and ask your pharmacist if they have Emla or an alternate brand, and they should be able to help you if they have that name brand or another name brand of the same drug.
