My body doesn't absorb water. Is their a supplement that I can take?!

Question: I drink a gallon of water during work (9hours) a day.

Answers: I drink a gallon of water during work (9hours) a day.

There are a few possibilities I can think of.

The first one is that you are drinking stuff like soda and not actual water.

The second one is that something is draining water from your system. This could be that you have a tendancy to sweat a lot, or that you have a lot of salt in your body water gets used up to hydrate.

The third is that you have some weird problem that keeps the cells from being able to take in water and transform it into intercellular water. This condition is rarer (and I do not know enough about it to speculate on the cause), but if that's the case, then something called microclustered water would be ideal for you.
Pretty simply put, turning water into the correct form for cells to use takes energy, so the theory behind the microclustered water (and why it's purported to get awesome results) is because it already exists in the cell form.
However, if you were to get most of your water via extremely watery plants (ie, cucumbers), the water would also be fine, so you might not even need to get these supplements.

Truthfully, your problem is a bit unusual, and I have not heard of it before. My hunch would be you have something like an excess of salt in your blood, but without knowing more about your health history, this is about the best advice I can give you. Some of it might seem a bit out there, but you gave a pretty unusual question I've never thought about before.

I hope you find this answer helpful!

What exactly do you mean your body doesn't absorb water? We are all made up of 50-60 percent water....If you didn't absorb water you would be dead.

your grammar is pretty bad. its "there" not "their"
"My body doesn't absorb water. Is THERE a supplement that i can take?"
