Question: i am reading a book called "karmic healing" by djuna wojton and she does past life therapy and this book is about her methods. it includes meditation exercises that you can record on tape and do at home. she provides many examples of people for whom it has worked and how. she even attempts to explain why it helps. i would reccommend checking at your library for it.
