Sounds to me like you might just have a UTI and probably are in need of some medical care.
Most will take a urine sample and test for pus and other infections.
Won't take but a minute of your time and you'll feel a lot better when you can pee without pain.

"like hell" means time for a checkup. your expenses will be more worth than several weeks of uncertainty with home remedies.
the lower back pain is your kidney. it happens to me when i hold it for too long as for the sperm when you pee. sounds like an STD but i'm no doctor so i have no idea.
most likely what you see as sperm coming out is pus due to an infection of the urinary tract. visit a doctor immediately and get a urine examination done at a lab

Homeopathy or any other "natural" method will not help you. You need antibiotics, and may have an infection such as an STD or a prostate infection or something.
See a normal Doctor. You are sick. There may be a free health clinic in the city near you for people with VD. They will help you even if it is something else.
