Neti Pot, Ok I just used it , it's pretty weird but it seemed to help. What can I use in it besides salt water!
Question: Did it work for any of you? I have an AWFUL sinus infection and I felt really bad early today and feel better. Will it completely cure it with salt water?

There are a number of natural substances that you can put in your Neti pot to wash your sinuses. Grapefruit seed extract, Xylitol, colloidal silver and sea salt all come to mind. Xylitol is quite antimicrobial and will make easier to flush out bacteria and fungus because it makes it so the bacteria cant stick to mucus membranes and GSE is antimicrobial too. I believe that you'd put 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Xylitol in your Neti Pot full of purified water and 4 or 5 drops of GSE in a full Neti Pot should do the trick.
That's suppose to work better than anything. I think you're only suppose to use salt water and nothing else. If you have an actual infection, you may need a antibiotic. I don't think that will cure it once you already have a infection.
I would believe that salt water will be enough to clear your sinuses and it a wonderful natural alternative to feeling better.
If you have an infection, I would recommend taking Olive Leaf Extract which you can purchase over the counter at health food stores. It is considered to be "natures anti-biotic", and has worked wonders for my family before.

Neti Pot is good stuff. If you don't continue to get/feel better you should probably consider antibiotics though. Sometimes sinus infections just won't clear up with alternative treatments.
