I don't know anyone who has taken this product but there are some questionable herbs in it and I would think it over before I took it. Here are the ingredients: Avlimil Proprietary blend: 756mg
Salvia officinalis (Sage leaf), Rubus idaeus (Red raspberry leaf), Isoflavones from Pueraria montana (kudzu root extract) and Trifolium pratense (red clover extract), Capsicum annuum (Capsicum pepper) , Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice root), Morella cerifera (Bayberry fruit), Turnera diffusa (Damiana leaf), Valeriana officinalis (Valeriana root), Zingiber officinale (Ginger root), Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh root).

There are other products that really work so much better and are safer such as Sage, Chasteberry, Black Cohosh. Do some research before you take any of these herbs so that you will know the side effects.
