Try 1 pint of pure orange juice diluted with water, followed by a further 2 pints of water. You don;t need to drink it down all at once, just keep taking sips very often.

Try some lightly buttered or dry toast or a small bowl of soup - you definitely need to eat something

After you've eaten take a painkiller if you;ve got a headache and try to get some sleep. Follow this by, you guessed it... some more water!

Hope you feel better soon.

Best cure is don't get drunk, this will stop hangovers every time.

Drink gatorade or another drink like that. You are most likely dehydrated, and depleted of electrolytes. Take some ibuprofen and take a nap. Don't take tylenol with alcohol, it can cause liver damage.

There is no quick fix. And what you are describing sounds like more than a hangover.

Scientifically proven is "Hair of the dog" But remember on a regular basis this can turn you into an alcoholic! So a little drop of alcohol, couple of pints say should bring you back to the land of the living. Keep it at that limit, do not drink anymore though as you will have a hangover tomorrow and it's a slippery slope downwards!! Good luck!

Bombay Oyster. I (small) bottle Tomato juice, dash of worcester Sauce, dash of Tabasco sauce, pinch of ground chilli peppers. In a glass and whisked. Place (whole) raw egg into glass and drink down in one gulp.

Welcome to what was my world....Not judging but it sounds like you need to stop drinking and join my world at AA or some other program to help you....Sweats and shaking are telling you that you toxin level goes down and that you are needing a drink to bring you back up to your level to quite this...I have been sober for 7 years....Good luck!!!!

A good fry up and an asprin!!
