I found that the best way to poop is to eat dried figs soaked in prune juice over night, and they don't taste so bad.
You may need to eat 6-8 figs soaked at least 8 hrs in prune juice, add a little sugar to taste and then the next morning be absolutely sure you are by a toilet! Report It

    A "colon flush massage" can work wonders. It's kinda hard to do to yourself. Call a massage therapist and ask if they can do it for you. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.

    Massage is MUCH, MUCH more likely to be effective than any homeopathic "remedy".

    Massage of the abdomen can effectively relieve constipation. Magician has a very good post on massage of the abdomen. As long as you go in a clock wise direction you'll be ok. I've seen results in less time than 1-2 weeks.
