Yes, the body makes its own cholesterol. Cutting dietary intake may help, but it may not be enough. EXERCISE is probably your best non-drug method, as it has been shown to lower LDL (Bad cholesterol) and raise HDL (Good cholesterol).

Cutting back on red meat and fatty foods would be your best start.

I stopped eating red meat, I stopped eating cheese, I stopped eating fast food for nearly 4 months.
I ate oatmeal every morning for three months with flaxseed.

I was so excited to get my cholesterol level checked and to my surprise.......It went up 15 points!

I'm taking drugs now.

Drink a glass of soya bean milk everyday.Soya milk or whatever it's called is the greatest enemy of cholestrol.

You heard right, vastatin tablets are ok no side effects so far , Food with fibre and garlic are good remedies or try herbal medicines.

omega 3 fish oil capsules

Why would you want to lower cholesterol? Cholesterol does not cause heart disease. It is only an indicator, according to the American Heart Association. 85% of all cholesterol in the body is made in the liver. It has several jobs in the body. It is where bile comes from, it strengthens arteries, and is very important to have good cholesterol levels. This whole issue of LDL, HDL is just indicators of your heart health. The best test of your heart is the level of cardio calcium. This is a test that costs about $250 to get the results.

There is a nanobacter bacteria that causes about 80% of All heart disease, diabetes type II, and kidney failure. This bacteria is very common and is typically killed by the stomach acid. As we age, we produce less and less stomach acid. Food that enters the stomach will rot, putrefy, and ferment if not enough stomach acid is present and bacteria will not get killed. Lactic acid forms due to this putrefaction. This is what causes reflux and acid indigestion, not stomach acid!

Antacids stop the sanitation of your stomach and intestines. Thank you doctor.

Meat is not bad for you. Meat is what primitive people's ate huge amounts of that were very healthy. No heart disease, No cavities, No degenerative diseases. It's the way America raises animals that is the problem and makes the beef inedible. Feeding Angus Beef grain is just stupid! Then to put the cows in a feed lot where they tramp around in their own feces is just asking for trouble. Grass fed cows are healthy because they are eating something they can actually digest and the meat is loaded with high omega 3 fatty acids as well as vitamin A, E, and K along with lots of CLA.

Fatty foods are not bad. Fatty foods made with VEGETABLE OILS, hydrogenated oils, and genetically modified oils are terrible for you. Fatty foods like real butter made from raw cream, fresh coconut oils, olive oils are all very good for you and nourish the body. Those vegetable oils are loaded with inflammatory fatty acids (omega 6) and are typically rancid when you buy them. Heat them, even slightly, and they convert any good omega 3 from the "cis" configuration to the "trans" configuration and now the phospholipid membranes in endocrine cells stop any transfers!

Healthy liver and gallbladder will put you on a good course to becoming healthy. You cannot have healthy livers by taking drugs, eating chemicals, and bad oils.

A good book for you to read is "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, Ph.D.

Here's a great little video that will give you some very good information on saturated fats.

And OMG, don't drink Soy Milk! That is total garbage! It contains huge amounts of goitrogens that slow your thyroid down, white paint to color it white - titanium dioxide and loaded with phytoestrogens that reduce your testosterone levels and make you take on female like tendencies. Soy contains huge amounts of the heavy metal Aluminum. Complete junk! To understand soy completely, get the book that explains it all: "The whole soy story."

good luck to you

1. Eat more fish, more apples, carrot, celery

Hi,
My recommendation is CARDIOFY HEART CARE SUPPLEMENT from INDIA HERBS.

All herbal remedies are produced in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) Certified Pharmaceutical facility and meet FDA requirements.

It is 100% Natural. No Prescription is Necessary!

Even if you eat no cholesterol containing foods at all your body will still make its own cholesterol. High cholesterol levels are usually caused by too much animal fat.

You can lower your cholesterol levels with fish oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, oats and many other natural remedies that you can find in a search for"high cholesterol" + "natural remedies".

use eastern medicine
