Try "Serrapeptase" supplement.

Just blend and taste til you get it the way you like. If it is too thick add a little of the water from the chickpeas in until you get the consistency you like. So much better than those tubs of Hummus!

Garlic is the best. I have never heard anything else recommened. Its safest,best, and you can either use it on your food or take the tasteless, oderless capsules.

Acoording to a good source, a pack of sardines a day works like roto rooter in the blood and eliminates all of the wastes. Garlic is always an excellent source. Include it in your soups and all of your foods as often as possible.
