If it's not bothering you then you're okay. But if it becomes infected, you need to head to a doctor right away. The infection could get into your blood stream, cause sepsis and the situation could get really ugly. I had a cyst removed 3 months ago. It started out the size of a pea and due to my neglect, became the size of a tangerine. I tried the alternative route (change in diet, essential oils,..etc) but it didn't work

unless its a new cyst, I'd say wait it out and see if it disappears or shrinks, but if you've had it for awhile. its not going anywhere, and you run the risk of getting it infected and then you need to get it removed asap. I had 2 of mine removed surgically and they never came back, so I recommend it.
