That supplement looks like a good combination actually the only thing it's lacking is Zinc which is essential for healing. Neem is good for purifying the system so can help with skin conditions. You can only take it short term though eg. one month because it is quite strong.

As for anothe recommendation as requested, after washing use a cotton ball soaked with vinegar and go over your face. Keep your eyes closed, and avoid them! Vinegar kills the bacteria causing acne, and will make your skin Smooth, too.

You'll see a big difference in about 2 weeks.
