I had a dislocated shoulder in 2005 and my shoulder will go out of his socket anytime if I do a hard work.?!

Question: Can drink a low fat milk will help or there is other way to make my shoulder stronger.

It is soft tissues, tendons, ligaments, muscles, that cross the shoulder joint that gives the joint stability. When you dislocate the shoulder, or any joint, then these tissues stretch beyond the elastic range into the plastic range. In the plastic range these tissues do not return to the original length but are permanently stretched. This is the reason that any joint once dislocated is always easier to dislocate again. The fact that this has happened to you multiple times means those tissues are loose. There is no food, or external non invasive procedure that will make a difference. If it becomes so disruptive to your life then perhaps surgery to tighten things up may be in order but I would consider that after such a procedure your shoulder may be really tight and lose much of its range of motion.

everyday, soak it in hot water for an hour. then start doing rotation exercises for 30 minutes each day. drink 2% milk and you'll be fine.

I have heard of a therapy called 'prolotherapy' which uses either corn-syrup or other mild products injected into the weak joint, which causes mild inflamation, creating an environment for the body to heal the tendon itself. I understand it's very effective over a six month or year time period (see a website from Dr. Jullian Whitaker from California). I
I personally had a dislocated shoulder as well, and tried human growth hormone (Saizen) for about a six month time period, (from www.HghStore.net) and went through physcial therapy, and now my shoulder, after a year of therapy, is quite strong again. Before this it was crunchy sounding with normal pushups and always much weaker and painful when picking things up.

dunno
