Question: Mom no longer takes Zolpidem because of the worsened hallucinations, weakness, and dizziness. Is there anything natural/organic besides Melatonin to have Mom take. It's been two days, and she is not sleeping. PLEASE HELP! Mom is taking three prescriptions: Benicar, Coreg, and Aspirin.

For sleep she might want to try valerian root. Just make sure that it isn't contraindicated for the medicines she's already taking.
a schedualed diet of good nutrition including fruits, juces, vegi, fibers and diary
a timed toilet time
a cuddling singing song that she love at bed time
keep her busy, garden, papers, folding clothes or organizing things, walking is really good
drink enough liquids
they're like kids just need a lot more good care
stop using medicinces unless she is aggressive
