Well, there are a couple of problems giving an answer to that.... the main one being that most children's multivitamins aren't listed for children under 2 years old (and often aren't recommended for that age unless a doctor says otherwise).
Another problem is that any recommendations you get here will only be personal opinion. There are dozens of good quality companies out there that sell children's dose of vitamins and any of them that have a good rating with the USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia) or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) will be good to use.
So, until you find a doctor/pediatrician that believes in supplements, just read the labels and verify with the company once you find one suitable for a child under 2. Good luck!

I've never heard of a supplement for a child that young. Usually at that age they get their necessary nutrients through diet. If you want her/him to get a healthy dose of omega 3, start adding fish such as salmon and albacore tuna into her/his diet once or twice a week.
